Welcome to Aspen Psychology, a private psychology practice delivering psychological therapy and psychological assessments in Brisbane and surrounding areas. Aspen Psychology is committed to working with clients from diverse backgrounds using evidence-based practice and a person-centred approach tailored to suit individual and unique needs. Psychologist Sussi Shannon offers a range of flexible appointment options, including in-clinic, workplace, community visits, and telehealth. Mobile home visits are available for NDIS participants and individuals in certain circumstances.

Individual psychological therapy is available for adults and adolescents aged 16 and above. We do not provide child therapy; however, assessments, diagnoses, and reports are available for ages 6 and above (see Assessments page). When providing therapy to clients, we use a holistic and person-centred approach, with the understanding that everyone is unique. We provide a safe and accepting environment and work with individuals to create treatment plans to suit specific needs.

Psychological Assessments Brisbane
At Aspen Psychology, we provide comprehensive assessment and diagnostic reports for various presentations, including (but not limited to) Autism, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disability, Learning and Personality Disorders. We aim to provide clients with a deeper understanding of their overall functioning, by determining individual strengths and differences. Assessments and reports specific for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) are also available.
