Psychological Therapy
Individual Psychological Therapy is available in Brisbane or via telehealth for adults and adolescents aged 16+. We do not provide child therapy; however, assessments and reports are available for ages 6+ (see Assessments page). When providing therapy to clients, we provide a safe and accepting environment, using a holistic and person-centred approach, with the understanding that every individual is unique. Our psychologists work collaboratively with clients to create individualised treatment plans to suit each person’s specific needs. We assist with a number of presenting issues (see below) using evidence-based treatment approaches within a neuro-affirming framework.
Aspen Psychology offers a range of flexible appointment options, including in-clinic (North Lakes), workplace, community visits, and telehealth. We may be able to offer you in-home appointments, depending on your situation.
