Therapy and Assessment Fees
The 2026/2027 nationally recommended rate as set out by the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPi) is $340 (40 – 60-minute consultation) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS) is $330 (46 – 60-minute consultation). Our fees are significantly below these rates to ensure our services are more accessible.
Standard consultation (50 minutes): $220.00
Psychological Therapy Fees
Private Clients
No referral is required to access psychological services; however, you may be eligible for certain rebates (see below).
Private Health Insurance
You may be eligible to claim benefits/rebates for sessions with a Psychologist from your Private Health Insurance. Please check with your individual health insurance provider.
Medicare Better Access (Mental Health Treatment Plan)
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate under Medicare Better Access (Mental Health Treatment Plan). This is obtained through a referral from your General Practitioner (GP), Paediatrician, or Psychiatrist, for up to 10 sessions per year.
Medicare rebate (if applicable): $101.55
Out-of-pocket cost (if applicable): $118.45
We offer bulk billing; however, limited places are available.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
We accept referrals from National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants. We are unable to accept NDIA Managed referrals.
Please ensure your funding plan covers the type of service you require.
Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)
Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) clients will need a referral from their GP to access mental health services.
Your DVA referral is valid for 12 months or 12 sessions, whichever comes first. There is no gap fee charged for DVA clients.
Employer Assistance Program (EAP)
We partner with several Employer Assistance Providers, so please check with us as you may be able to access a number of sessions through your Employer Assistance Program (EAP).
Psychological Assessment and Report Fees
Psychological assessment and report fees vary depending on the type and complexity of the assessments conducted. A quote is required, with longer and more complex reports incurring a larger fee. We provide assessment reports with a full list of recommendations, including for individuals seeking to determine eligibility to access the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
